The BLOC climbing + fitness + yoga is a 20,000 square foot bouldering and fitness facility in northeast Tucson.
The facility includes 7,000 square feet of state-of-the-art bouldering walls, a separate area with a dozen auto-belays, an adjustable Moon Board, a wide range of PreCOR cardio and weight equipment, and yoga classes.
If you are a beginner, the BLOC offers hands-on instruction. Each climb has a difficulty rating so you can choose what to climb with ease.
All equipment is provided at the gym, including a climbing harness, rock shoes, and helmet. Climbers are able to challenge themselves in balance, flexibility, and strength.
The BLOC is located at 8975 E Tanque Verde, Suite 155, Tucson – in the same parking lot as the Kirk-Bear Canyon Library.

The first visit is $30, which includes an all-day admission, gear rental, and the mandatory safety orientation. Day Pass appointments are highly recommended and can be made through the website. More frequent visitors can purchase a membership or a punchcard.
Free and plentiful parking is available at the BLOC.
Wear comfortable workout clothing, including pants or shorts that will fit comfortably under a harness. Bring socks for rock-climbing shoes.

While the BLOC welcomes climbers of all ages and abilities, children who are ages 5 and up tend to enjoy themselves the most.
Climbers under 14 require direct adult supervision
The BLOC does not offer birthday parties or group events (with the exception of lock-ins).
