    Tulips have become an almost expected sign of Spring; their bright colors and bold blooms welcome a change after a long Winter. Celebrate the beginning of Spring and arrange a set of Tulips in a vase. You will make three colorful tulips and leaves with crepe paper and arrange them in a small vase.
