Tucson Country Club Estates and Tucson Country Club were once part of a 1,300-acre cattle ranch. In 1946, a group of approximately 50 Tucsonans decided to purchase a tract of land, 580 acres, that was ideally located for a Country Club and Subdivision. They formed a profit corporation, “Country Club Estates, Inc.” and a non-profit “Tucson Country Club.”
