The Melting Pot Tucson Closes Indefinitely

The Melting Pot Tucson in Foothills Mall has closed indefinitely.

The following statement appears on the website:

"We regret to announce that The Melting Pot of Tucson AZ has closed for business indefinitely as of Monday, May 29.

We appreciate the opportunity to have served the Tucson community for over 13 years at this location. While there are no confirmed plans to re-open this location, The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., has a strong interest to return to the Tucson community in the future.

The franchisee plans to seek a new site in Tucson to better serve the market and bring The Melting Pot’s exciting new store concept design to the marketplace. No replacement site has been secured at this time."

We love the fondue concept (so much fun to cook your own food at the table), but would love to see a few changes in any new stores that might open in Tucson - more light (!!!), more modern decor, and fresher ingredients.
