1/25 – Pasta Fagioli
A rustic Italian favorite with tender beans, pasta, herbs, and hearty Farm greens.
Join Chef Bruce Yim and TVF crew for a hands-on cooking class. Each class is $60 and you can add a kid or family member for just $25.
Participants will be cooking in a fully equipped commercial kitchen and led by Chef Bruce Yim and the TVF Kitchen Crew. All ingredients will be provided. Each class will last 2 hours and you will have delicious soup to take home each week.
