Join Chef Bruce Yim and TVF crew for a series of 3 (2 hour) hands-on cooking class. Each class is $60 and you can add a kid or family member for just $25.
In this winter series, learn how to prepare 3 different hearty and healthy soups. Participants will be cooking in a fully equipped commercial kitchen and led by Chef Bruce Yim and the TVF Kitchen Crew. All ingredients will be provided. Each class will last 2 hours and you will have delicious soup to take home each week.

1/11 – Vegetarian Posole
A vibrant, Southwest-inspired posole layered with hominy, chiles, and Farm vegetables.
1/18 – Mulligatawny
A comforting Indian-inspired classic with aromatic spices, lentils, and winter vegetables.
1/25 – Pasta Fagioli
A rustic Italian favorite with tender beans, pasta, herbs, and hearty Farm greens.
