Come celebrate summer during our “School’s Out Celebration,” Saturday, May 23 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and enjoy $5 kids admission and free admission for teachers with ID.

Zip down a refreshing waterslide or chill out in the Antarctic Cave in the World of Play. There will also be kiddie pools for the littles. Enjoy tropical music, games, face painting and storytelling.

From water showers to ice treats, learn how the Zoo’s care team helps the animals stay cool during special enrichment presentations. Meet giraffe calf Ndizi and new capybaras Antonio and Chocolate, get eye to eye with an axolotl, and smile with the squirrel monkeys at play.

Swing into the Flamingo Café or food cart by meerkats to enjoy a Dippin’ Dots ice cream or Fruitiki bar frozen treat.
