Reid Park Zoo will be open on Independence Day (Friday, July 4) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be offering a military appreciation discount that day.

In honor of all who have served and those still serving, there will be free admission for Active duty, National Guard and Reserve, Veterans, and Retired members of the military (with Military, VA, or Retiree ID).

Military dependents will receive discounted admission of $5.

*Military Members do not need to be present for dependent discount.

*For discounted and free admission present ID and purchase tickets at the Zoo entrance.
