City of Tucson Environmental Services is proud to offer the Recycling 101 Workshop!

This FREE 90-minute workshop focuses on the waste we make, what we do with it, and how we can make better choices at home, at work, and in our community. Designed for groups of 15-35 participants, this informative workshop discusses everything you need to know about recycling paper, metal, plastic, and glass in the City of Tucson. Explore how to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle it Right. Plus, become acquainted with the Responsible Rs, like Refuse, Rot, Repurpose, and more! Finally, learn about a variety of Waste Diversion options and how to properly dispose of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) to better understand how to live more sustainably in the City of Tucson. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
