Join Susan O'Connor from the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association to explore the solar system with the "Pocket Solar System" activity.
This hands-on activity allows visitors to create a scale model of the distances between objects in our solar system. Participants will gain an understanding of the vast space between planets and learn about the various exciting features and objects within our solar neighborhood. They can even envision potential destinations for future NASA mission spacecraft!
