Reid Park Zoo is wishing all Moms a very Happy Mother’s Day! Moms of all ages receive free daytime admission on Sunday, May 10 with a paying child or adult admission. Discount is available at the front gate.

Stop in for lunch at the Flamingo Grill, then meet up for Keeper Chats about the Zoo’s resident animal moms and learn how they care for their little ones. Top your day off with a visit to Discover the Wild gift shop for an array of jewelry, apparel, and earth-friendly gift items.

Keeper Chat Schedule:

9:30 a.m. – Giraffe: learn about mom Penny and new calf Ndizi

10:30 a.m. – Elephant: learn about mom Semba and her offspring Nandi, Penzi, and Meru

11:30 a.m. – Blue Duiker – learn about mom Marigold and her offspring Gnocchi

2:00 p.m. – Flight Connection Aviary – learn about the ibis and bird nesting
