The ins and outs of making everybody’s favorite French cookie. Learn the steps for mixing, piping, and baking macaron shells.
Macaron classes are 2 1/2 hours in duration with approximately 1 hour break while the cookies must rest, bake, and cool before filling. Students are encouraged to enjoy dinner in River Center during this time.
PLEASE NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, which enables 1 parent/child duo to attend class and complete 1 project, while paying 1 class fee. If both parent and child want to complete their own project, additional materials must be purchased.
