Library presenter Vanya will show you how to make basic balloon creations such as animals, hats, belts, swords, and wands!

Note: Pumping balloons and knotting them shut requires a little muscle! This activity is recommended for kids 8+. Presentation is open to young children and infants as spectators.

Limit 20 participants. Tickets will be given out 30 minutes prior to the event.
