Free eegees and Sonoran hot dogs will be available from 10 a.m. to noon, or while supplies last. The brick garden at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park features a metal sculpture of one of the butterflies the park's namesake, Brandi Fenton, loved.
Brandi Fenton Memorial Park opened to the public in December 2006, providing the community with a 55-acre recreational space north of the Rillito River.
The park is home to a wide array of amenities, including an equestrian arena, a dog park, shaded playgrounds, basketball courts, and access to the popular Chuck Huckelberry Loop.
The park honors the memory of Brandi Fenton, who died in a car accident at the age of 13 in March 2003.
