Come and sew a reusable bag that can be used for dry goods, small projects, a gift bag, or anything else! This two-part beginning sewing class with Jessica Redhouse will teach you skills that can be used in many future sewing projects. First time sewists welcome. Sewing machines, fabric, and all supplies included.
Part-1 is on 6/11 from 2:30 - 4:00pm: Learn how to setup and thread a sewing machine. Sew on sample fabric and practice techniques that will be used to sew the bag. Prepare your fabric and start sewing if there is time.
Part-2 is on 6/12 from 2:30 - 4:00pm: Use the entire session to sew and complete your bento bag.
