Lava Island - the largest indoor themed playground built for the entire family to play together - is coming to Tucson this fall!

From trampolines and foam pits, to towering slides and a gigantic jungle gym, and even a toddler area, Lava Island is your destination for active, move-your-body play. What is the grand opening date for Lava Island in Tucson?

An exact open date has not yet been determined as it's highly dependent on construction and permitting schedules, but they're crossing their fingers for late summer. If you join their VIP list, you can be the FIRST to know the open date and score an invite to the Grand Opening Event!

Lava Island be over 40,000 square feet - the LARGEST indoor themed playground in Tucson!

Who is the target audience for Lava Island?

Lava Island is your go-to screen-free destination for fun & adventure for the whole family! The play equipment was built for both kids and adults to play together - each level of the giant 3-level jungle gym was built taller so everyone can join in on the fun!

Although Lava Island is especially geared towards kids ages 2-12 (note: there is a large dedicated toddler jungle gym for kids 4 and under!), there are plenty of older kids/siblings that will enjoy their time at Lava Island too.

What will be the admission rate be at Lava Island?

Admission will be $13.50/person for a One-Hour pass and $20/person for an All-Day Pass. Both passes get you full access to the park - no need to pay per attraction.

What will the hours be at Lava Island?

Lava Island will be open every day, 9:00am - 9:00pm- plus 1 hour later (to 10:00pm!) on Friday & Saturday.
