The Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center (also known as the MARC), is a brand new water and fitness space in Marana, Arizona that boasts approximately 120,000 sq/ft of indoor and outdoor space.

Where is the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center located?
The MARC is located at 13455 N. Marana Main Street in Marana - West of I-10 and north of Gladden Farms. It is immediately adjacent to Ora Mae Harn Park.
When is the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center open?
The Recreation Center hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Aquatic Center hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: Lap Swim (6:00am-1:00pm) | Rec Pool (4:00pm-8:00pm)
Saturday: Lap Swim (8:00am-1:00pm) | Diving Boards (10:00am-6:00pm) | Rec Pool (8:00am-6:00pm)
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
How much does it cost to visit the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
Resident Day Pass
Youth (2-17): $4
Adult (18-61): $6
Senior (62+): $5
Non-Resident Day Pass
Youth (2-17): $5
Adult (18-61): $7
Senior (62+): $6
* Monthly and annual memberships are also available. Non-residents may also become members, but the fees are slightly higher.
What is the parking situation at Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
Parking is free. There are approximately 300 parking spots and some are covered by solar panels.
Can I drop my kids off to swim at the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
Youth ages 13 and over can enter the facility on their own (this includes the pool).
Youth ages 13 and over can access the weight room with the supervision of adult or responsible guardian 16 or older.
Youth ages 16 and over can utilize the weight room on their own.
All guests 12 and under must be under the supervision of an adult or responsible guardian 16 or older.
Child Watch is free to members whose child is covered by a youth or family membership.

What should I bring with me when I visit?
Swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, snacks, and water!
What should I wear?
Modest, comfortable swimwear and water-friendly footwear or athletic clothing and tennis shoes - depending on your activity of choice.
What temperature is the water?
The water is 80 degrees all year long.
Are there showers and changing rooms on-site?
Yes. There is a menโs and womenโs locker room with showers, changing spaces, bathrooms, and a swimsuit dryer.
Can my child wear floaties or a life vest?
Yes. Children can be fitted for a life vest at the lifeguardโs station.
Can my child practice their super cool flips off the edge of the pool?
Flips are not permitted off the deck. Flips off the diving board are permitted.
Which swim teams practice at the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
The Marana Marlins practice at the MARC.
Can I bring my dog with me to swim?
No. Animals are not permitted in the facility.

SPORTS AT THE MARC
The MARC has designated hours for Open Basketball, Open Pickleball, and Open Volleyball. Call ahead to confirm.
FITNESS AT THE MAR
Group fitness classes include Chair Yoga, Circuit Training, Hiit, Shine Dance Fitness, Spin, Tone & Sculpt, and Zumba.
Weight and cardio machines can be used independently after an orientation.
PICNIC AREA/DINING
Are food & drinks allowed at the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
Guests are welcome to bring coolers and food on the pool deck, but are not permitted to bring glass bottles, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages.
Are there picnic tables at the Marana Aquatic & Recreation Center?
Yes.
Are there BBQ grills?
No.
Is there an on-site restaurant or cafรฉ?
No, but guests are welcome to bring coolers and food on the pool deck.
