Did you know that the World Health Organization recommends that breastfeeding begin within the first hour of a baby's life and continue as often as the baby wants? Breastfeeding also has health benefits for both the baby and the mother.

You're invited to attend a breastfeeding support group at St Joseph's Hospital, during which you will receive assistance and encouragement from an on-site lactation consultant. You also will have the opportunity to connect with other breastfeeding mothers.
