TUCSON TEENS: Apply to Be a Paid Mentor for Technology Classes

create it tucson teen technology classes TUCSON TEENS: Apply to Be a Paid Mentor for Technology ClassesPima County Public Library is looking for a few teen mentors to help with CreateIT tech classes this summer.

The classes, which are designed for middle and high school students, include: video, web design, graphic design, photography, sound art, and web animation.

To be a paid mentor, teens must:

  • be between the ages of 16 and 20
  • be patient and flexible teachers, and
  • have comfort and experience with various media and technology.

Mentors will be paid $100-$200, depending on the length of their commitment.

All mentors must attend one orientation and training session - either Thursday, May 31, 2-4 pm or Friday, June 1, 10-12 pm at the Joel D. Valdez Main Library.
